29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Working space for equipment likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized shall comply with the following dimensions, except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart: a. On or about March 8, 2019, at the site located at 1545 County Road 70, Sugarcreek, OH 44681. Employees were performing cheese manufacturing work, there were cardboard boxes, tables, and other debris piled in front of the large electrical panel box, rated at less than 600 volts, thereby exposing the employees who worked in close quarters to a potential electrical hazard.
