29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:    Employees are exposed to electrical shock hazards. At the time of the inspection, each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover. The following outlet boxes were missing covers:    a) In the range restroom, an electrical outlet box located next to the sink was missing a cover exposing the employees to  approximately 115V/AC.    b) In the back office area, an electrical outlet was missing a cover where employees store d-lead wipes and other items used in the shop area exposing employees to approximately 115V/AC.
