29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) 10492 Sweet Bay Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503 - On or about March 8, 2019 The employer did not ensure employees framing the roof of a new single family dwelling working approximately 10 feet 6 inches above lower level were provided adequate fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 10492 Sweet Bay Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503 - On or about March 8, 2019 the employer failed to provide fall protection training to employees that were framing the new single family dwelling roof approximately 10 feet 6 inches high without an adequate means of fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards.
