29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Powered industrial trucks were altered so that the relative positions of the various parts were different from what they were when originally received from the manufacturer, by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer, or by the elimination of any parts without the manufacturer's approval: The Linde H150 forklift joystick control which operates the mast was altered from the way it was originally received from the manufacture. This was done by modifying a metal pipe to act as the joystick.
