29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii):  Where practicable, all combustibles were not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the cutting or welding operation:    At 14219 County Road 403, Dexter, Missouri, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, arc welding and oxy-fuel cutting are performed amidst combustible materials such as cardboard boxes. This violation was noted on 03/20/19.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii):  Assigned storage spaces for cylinders were not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons:    At 14219 County Road 403, Dexter, Missouri, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, acetylene and oxygen cylinders were stored directly below iron rings hanging from the wall.  Both cylinders were not equipped with valve caps.  The iron rings were retrieved as necessary by a metal rod.  These rings could fall and seriously damage the regulators attached to these cylinders.  This violation was noted on 03/20/19.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three-fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide:    At 14219 County Road 403, Dexter, Missouri, specifically inside of the Nail Building, the letters on the designated "EXIT" sign located at the northeast corner of the building were approximately two inches high.  This violation was noted on 03/20/19.
