29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:    (a) Jobsite, 4020 Vision Way, Lemont Furnace, PA:  On or about March 12, 2019 an employee working with a corrosive liquid, Sure Klean Vana Trol, did not have the appropriate eye or face protection.  The employee was wearing regular prescription glasses and not protected from potential splash or contact with the liquid during pouring and use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    (a) Jobsite, 4020 Vision Way, Lemont Furnace, PA:  On or about March 12, 2019 an employee working with Sure Klean Vana Trol, a corrosive, was not provided effective information and training about the product at the time of their initial assignment or thereafter.  The employee had not been instructed on the hazardous product or what personal protective equipment was needed when working with such product.
