29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite was located at 1249 Newark Turnpike, Kearny, NJ 07032 An employee was exposed to struck by hazards as he was tasked with cleaning out a Putzmeister Model BSF46X.20H concrete pump that had not been depressurized following its use. Violation occurred on or about March 8, 2019
