29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Bridge Cranes 1 - 12: On March 5, 2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energy sources such as but not limited to, Electrical, in that the written procedures had not been certified at least annually following subsections [A], [B], [C], and [D] of this standard and including standard 1910.147(c)(6)(ii).
