29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 286 Queen Ann Rd., Wetumpka, Alabama: On or about March 12, 2019 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities had received training on the hazards associated with fall to include but limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 21.5 feet to a concrete floor below.
