29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 psi with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. On or about 12 March 2019, and at times prior thereto, an employee working within the shop utilized an air nozzle for cleaning purposes that was not reduced to at least 30 psi, exposing the employee to being struck by flying debris or particles to the eye(s) or air embolism from the air stream.
