29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 2/26/19, at the Highland Wood Ct, Lot 109, Auburn, Georgia job site, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards as they were not using fall protection when exposed to falls greater than 9 feet, and were not using a ladder to access upper work levels and instead climbed the wood members of the framing of the house. The employer did not conduct inspections of the job of the site to ensure identified hazards at the job site were eliminated.
