29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) For the employees working at 14830 Crystal Cove Court units 601-604 in Fort Myers, as observed on or about March 5, 2019. Employees were using pneumatic air guns to install roofing nails without the use of appropriate eye protection. Employees were exposed to eye injury.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For the employees working at 14830 Crystal Cove Court units 601-604 in Fort Myers, as observed on or about March 5, 2019. Employees were performing roofing work on a steep roof without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to a fall height of over 25 feet.
