Bridgehampton, NY - An employee was hospitalized as a result of an unreported worksite incident which resulted in a serious head injury; on or about 01/07/2019.    Note:  Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
