29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: The employer is failing to protect employees from exposure to energized electrical wires while performing construction activities. This was most recently observed at 4827 Dodge St, Omaha, Nebraska on March 11, 2019 when an employee received severe injuries after contacting energized electrical wires while working form an aerial lift.
