29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Front of Warehouse: access to the fire extinguisher was blocked by a ladder and metal cabinet on the floor preventing immediate access.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): The employer did not assure that portable fire extinguishers were maintained in a fully charged and operable condition and kept in their designated places at all times except during use:  Back of Warehouse: the fire extinguisher next to the forklift battery charger was not fully charged as the pressure gauge indicator was in the red recharge area.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
