29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 45 Ashton Park, Millbrook, Alabama: On or about March 14, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees performing framing activities to work from the top of framed wall and ceiling joists without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 10.5 feet to the concrete floor below. THE JUAN BALEON DBA JUAN BALEON WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1385007, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 28, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 56 THE WATERS, 41 OVERBROOK ST., PIKE ROAD, ALABAMA.
