29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: The employer is failing to protect employees from stuck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on May 7, 2019 at 803 South 20th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that the tongue guard of the Baldor Grinder was adjusted to with one fourth inch. The tongue guard was measured at one inch from the periphery the abrasive wheel.
