OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to scaffold collapse and subsequent fall hazards: (a) 1715 Vaughn Rd # 3: On March 13, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to scaffolding collapse and subsequent fall hazards while installing a firewall from a section of scaffolding being supported by an Equipter RB4000 hydraulic dump bed trailer (#59).

The scaffolding system was supported by an Equipter RB4000 hydraulic dump bed trailer (#59).

EJ Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234934, citation number 01, item number 001c and was affirmed as a final order on July 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2641 N Government Way, Coeur D Alene, ID, 83814.
