29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about February 19, 2019, the employer did not provide information and training on crystalline silica to all employees potentially exposed to dust containing crystalline silica on the second floor of the Vehicle Maintenance Facility after a contractor performed work on the concrete floor in the facility.
