On or about March 13, 2019, in the gun range, the employer failed to maintain all surfaces as free of accumulation of Lead as reasonable possible and the employees training clients and testing firearms were exposed to surfaces contaminated with up to 2622 microgram/100cm2 of Lead.   b. On or about March 13, 2019, in the gunsmith desk, the employer failed to maintain all surfaces as free of accumulation of Lead as reasonable possible and the employees repairing firearms were exposed to surfaces contaminated with up to 281 microgram/100cm2 of Lead.  c. On or about March 13, 2019, in the gunsmith desk, the employer failed to maintain all surfaces as free of accumulation of Lead as reasonable possible and the employees repairing firearms were exposed to surfaces contaminated with up to 83.5 microgram/100cm2 of Lead.  d. On or about March 13, 2019, in the classroom, the employer failed to maintain all surfaces as free of accumulation of Lead as reasonable possible and the employees taking lunch breaks on the tables or training clients were exposed to surfaces contaminated with up to 77.5 microgram/100cm2 of Lead.
