29 CFR 1926.960(b)(2): Treat as energized. Electric lines and equipment was not considered and treated as energized unless they have been deenergized in accordance with � 1926.961. a. On or about March 14, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were required to tighten the T-bolts in switch gear # 2 and the equipment was not treated as energized, thereby exposing the employees to contact with energized equipment.
