29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) This violation occurred on or about March 14, 2019, at a job site located at 13225 Goodland Street, Farmers Branch, TX; where employees were applying caulking on the third level, balcony ceiling of the Vintage Place Townhomes. The employee did not have on safety harness and lanyard and was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a Genie aerial lift, S-60, 112765.
