29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  a) On or about March 14, 2019- Production area, the employer did not ensure that secondary containers for chemicals such as, but not limited to, Klean Strip Denatured Alcohol and Ferrocote 5856 BF T1 were properly labeled to include associated physical and health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level:  a) On or about March 29, 2019- Testing Range, the employer had not conducted initial monitoring for employees involved in testing firearms.   Sampling was conducted for 35 minutes during one shift on March, 29, 2019. Results showed that employees were exposed to a non-detectable level of lead. The employer may use these sampling results to meet the initial monitoring requirement for lead or perform additional monitoring.
