29 CFR 1910.138(a): Employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes:      (a) On or about 6/20/2019, at Fine Line Machine, for the supervisor and floater bagging SPEC Mix Portland Lime & Sand Mortar.  The employer did not enforce the use of personal protective equipment for the protection of the extremities such as, but not limited to, gloves that are compatible with chemicals in use.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):  The employer permitted respirators with tight-fitting facepieces to be worn by employees who have facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face:      (a) On or about 03/14/2019, at facility, for the employees with facial hair wearing 3M N95 respirators while working with/around bagging operation.  The employer did not implement procedure to prevent facial hair on respirator users.
