Employees use the lathe approximately three times per week.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about March 12. 2019 at Pro Glow Pumping Solutions the employer failed to ensure that a Dewalt grinder (Model DW827, S/N 63300) had adequate strain relief. Employee(s) were using the grinder to buff out parts.
