29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition. West side of the store, Freezer number 2 and 3: On or about March 15, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a slip, trip and fall hazard, while unloading merchandise from pallets that were blocking the passageways.
