29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: (a) Corporate Office - On or about March 15, 2019 it was found that the employer had failed to report to OSHA an employee's hospitalization from a work-related injury within 24 hours of the incident occurring on February 16, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
