Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    (a) Former Big Lots Store, Exterior:  On or about March 14, 2019 and times prior, an employee was performing repairing operations on a flat roof approximately 20 feet high without the use of fall protection.    Royalty Companies of Indiana Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1266444, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/17, with respect to a workplace located at 3813 Brewerton Road, North Syracuse, NY 13212.
