29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:    On or about March 15, 2019, employees were observed using a wooden pallet (platform) supported by a JLG all-terrain forklift to gain access and egress from an elevated level; the platform was not designed or approved by the manufacturer. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than 10-ft. to the ground below.
