29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) For employees working at 810 Augusta Drive in Sun City Center, as observed on or about March 14, 2019. Employees were observed installing roofing materials without the use of a safety monitor or any fall protection system on the low slope roof. The employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 8 feet 4 inches.
