29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:  a) Rutter's #14 Dillsburg, Pa - The employer did not ensure that a two gang metal box with knockouts was used in accordance with its listing and labeling. The branch circuit provided power to a the general contractor's job trailer, a Dewalt battery charger, and  pipe cutting machine.  The box was not mounted as required by its listing and labeling and was not suitable for potentially wet locations, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards, on or about March 18, 2019.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
