The branch circuit provided power to a the general contractor's job trailer, a Dewalt battery charger, and  pipe cutting machine.  The box was not mounted as required by its listing and labeling and was not suitable for potentially wet locations, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards, on or about March 18, 2019.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
