29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): Ladders having defects were not marked and taken out of service until repaired: (a) Bagging Plant- 2285 Gibsonton Lane, Belle Vernon, PA: On or about March 19, 2019, all ladders with defects were not marked and taken out of service until repaired. Employees using the fixed ladder to access the augers were exposed to the defective ladder.
