The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with using pneumatic nail guns without wearing approved eye protection.  This was most recently documented on or about March 18, 2019 at a residential  construction jobsite located at 1307 Turtle Creek Road, Lincoln, NE 68521 where the employer has employees using pneumatic nail guns during framing operations without wearing any ANSI approved eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while shingling a roof on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about March 18, 2019 at 1307 Turtle Creek Road, Lincoln, NE 68521 when employees were observed installing shingles on a residential structure while working at greater than 6 feet above the ground without fall protection.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  The employer is failing to train all employees that were potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards associated with the type of work being conducted.
