29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Shop Area: On or about March 18, 2019, employees operating the pallet sorting machine were exposed to amputation hazards in that, there were no guards covering the chain and sprocket on the left front side of the equipment.
