29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) 1175 Woodlane Rd., Eastampton, NJ: on or about March 18, 2019 a BA Custom Builders LLC employee was working from a Genie telescoping boom aerial lift. The employee was not using any form of fall restraint and was thus exposed to potential fall hazards.
