On or about 12:00 PM on February 8, 2019, at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Parking Lot Hangar H, Canaveral Air Station, FL, 32925, an employee suffered a work related injury that resulted in hospitalization with treatment in the afternoon of the day of the injury. The employer was aware of the hospitalization on February 8, 2019 at 4:00 PM. The employer notified OSHA on February 20, 2019 at 3:24 PM of the work related hospitalization.
