29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not available when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. 227 Spruce Street, Emmaus, PA - On or about March 19, 2019, where employees are working with aggressive patients, who have a tendency to bite, scratch, punch and kick employees, the employer did not make personal protective equipment, such as arm guards and blocking padding, readily available for employees to protect themselves.
