Commerce Ave. Bethlehem, PA - on or about March 20, 2019, employees used chemicals such as but not limited to red texture paint to touch-up paint coatings to cabinets, but the employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program.

Commerce Ave. Bethlehem, PA - on or about March 20, 2019, an employee used chemicals to include but not limited to red texture spray paint for touch-up of cabinets, but the employee was not provided effective information and training on the hazardous chemical used in their work area at the time of initial assignment.
