29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) residential home at 255 W. Summit Ave, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front and side (south and east side) of the home: Employees were exposed to dropped object hazards when they performed site preperation (scraping and patching) under employees working with tools overhead without protective helmets, which occurred on or about 3/20/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Residential home at 255 W. Summit Ave, in Haddonfield, NJ, 08033, at the front and side (south and east side) of the home: Employees were exposed to fall hazards when they performed site preparation (scraping and patching) on the roof where the eve was approximately 12 feet, which occurred on or about 3/20/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
