29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) residential property at 207 Maple Ave, in Merchantville, NJ, 08109, at the front and side (South and West) of the home: Employees were exposed to fall protection hazards when they performed roofing work on the upper and lower roofs with eve heights of approximately 25 feet and 16 feet respectively, which occurred on or about 3/20/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
