29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):     a) On or about March 20, 2019 the employer had not conducted a hazard assessment for maintenance technician employees performing electrical testing and/or trouble-shooting activities to determine electric shock and/or arc flash hazards those employees were potentially exposed to.      b) On or about March 20, 2019 the employer had not conducted a hazard assessment for maintenance technician employees performing adjustments within laser enclosures during service mode to determine potential harmful laser radiation hazard(s) employees were potentially exposed to.
