29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards when performing roofing operations. This event was most recently documented at the jobsite located at 2432 N. 187th Ave., Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022 on March 20, 2019. Employees were working on the roof of a new residential structure without utilizing fall protection and were exposed to falls of over 21 feet to the ground below. The pitch of the roof was 6:12.
