29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about March 20, 2019, on the roof of a townhome being constructed employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when performing roofing work without having effective training on the unsafe conditions and regulations applicable to working on roofs.
