Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) 185 Market St. Amsterdam, NY: On or about 3/9/19 workers were conducting roofing operations on a two story residential home without utilizing any form of fall protection. Employees did not have any training regarding fall hazards. Employees were working at a height of approximately 20 feet.
