29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about March 20, 2019, during the installation of siding material at a new construction single family home located at 1417 Shiloh Run SE, Canton, Ohio 44709, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards from working surfaces of heights 11.6 feet above the ground.
