29 CFR 1926.304(f): Section 5.1.3.3 American National Standards Institute 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.304(f): Electrically driven equipment was not controlled with magnetic switches or other devices that would prevent automatic restarting of the machine after a power failure. a) At the jobsite, on or about 3/20/19: Workers were using a Craftsman radial arm saw that did not have a magnetic anti re-start switch. The saw was connected to a power outlet with a GFI device not designed for this specific purpose.
