The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) At 1261 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama: On or about March 21, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate an aerial lift without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below.

THE ALL METAL CONSTRUCTION, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1292166, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 27, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6401 JORDAN DRIVE, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
