29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (i)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws:  a) 75 Route 20., Northborough, MA: On or about March 19, 2019, an employee was observed operating a table saw with no guard for the portion of the saw above the table.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
