29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) On or about March 20, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to tripping hazards while working in the warehouse where piles of cardboard and debris were stacked on the floor next to a delivery door. Note-Abatement certification is required for this item.
