The employer has not provided employees training on the hazards associated with paint vapors which contain but not limited to, methyl isobutyl ketone. (b) Welding Area: On April 26, 2019 and times prior to, employees conduct MIG welding operations on carbon steel. The employer has not provided employees training on the hazards associated welding fumes such as but not limit to, iron oxide fume, manganese fume and zinc oxide fume.
